Causa:
Os servidores não estavam escutando nas portas do cache (22233-22266). As portas estavam liberadas.
Solução:
1. Execute stop-spdistributedcacheserviceinstance -gracefull em todos os servidores do cache.
2. Execute remove-spdistributedcacheserviceinstance em todos os servidores do cache.
3. Execute o wizard (SharePoint Products Configuration Wizard) do SharePoint em todos os servidores.
4. Execute add-spdistributedcacheserviceinstance em todos os servidores do cache
